Hello lovely,

Full Moon Blessings to you!

What a couple of weeks of illumination, release and re alignment leading up to this Full Moon!

I hope you are doing well as we transition into the Full Moon which

activates the Sacred Woman Archetype in the

Wild Feminine Wisdom Wheel.

I invite you to take a few moments to SLOW DOWN, take a breath and contemplate, what are you proud of this Full Moon?

Its something that we aren't really encouraged to do is it?

To feel pride may have been deemed as showing off?

Getting too big for our boots? Being TOO MUCH.

Well, I encourage you to be TOO MUCH.

Have a bit of time today to really Celebrate You.

Reflect on the last few Years.

You have come so far!

I am celebrating the beautiful community of ladies I have grown and built over the last 20 Years.

I celebrate holding daily space through one of the most difficult times in many of our lives through the Pandemic.

I celebrate training over 50 Women to hold space for other Women in Circle with Cacao, and writing and creating a beautiful Yoga training for you to become authentic Yoga Teachers.

I celebrate my commitment to my own growth and my bravery to step away when my intuition guided me to move away from certain people and situations.

I am proud of the wonderful business I have co created by trusting the Universal flow, even when it felt scary!

I am proud of the beautiful system I have created to support my energy, and also your energy to avoid burn out and encourage us to live in harmony with the Seasons and Cycles.

And more than all of that, I am soooo very proud of the wonderful Women I have worked with who have been brave and committed to the path and the journey of growth and change.

My heart bursts when I see you all lighting up like stars as you step on your paths to own your Radiance!

Keep sharing your light ~ The more able we are to embrace our journey and celebrate ourselves, the more we inspire other Women to do the same.
