Competition or Flow?
As a heart led business it can sometimes be difficult to stay in Flow.
We totally adore our work and would happily do it for free!
So how do we stay in our flow and not drop into the competitive, comparison mindset?
This has been something I have been guilty of on many occasions, especially when I am depleted and not spending enough time on my own self care and nourishment, under valuing my worth and generally treating myself unkindly.
Competition comes from a place of Fear and often depletion. Flow comes from a place of Love.
As a heart led business, do you have time off for yourself to replenish? Do you practice what you preach? For most of us, probably not.
Here are a few tips to keep you on track and offering the most beautiful heart centered offerings, in flow and inspired!
Self care - Book in regular rest days. We are Inspired (In Spirit), when we give ourselves Space to breathe
If you know Social Media feeds your not enoughness, reduce the amount of time in the Scroll Hole. Share your passion to inspire others, that’s it!
Follow inspiring Podcasts the lift you up and give you the affirmation that you are on the right track.
Get an early night!Sleep is the best medicine!
Self Massage everyday. Accept your body exactly as it is right now!
Journal out the lows of your life, it’s not always fun and all shiny light! We all have shitty days and it’s more than OK!
Watch something funny! Do something fun! Connect with your inner child, we are way too serious, most of the time!
Put post it notes everywhere! I AM HERE AND I AM ENOUGH!
