Ingredients:
1 tsp dried chamomile – to soothe and calm the nervous system.
½ tsp cinnamon – for warmth and transformation.
½ tsp dried rose petals – for self-love and heart-opening.
1 small slice of fresh ginger – for energetic clearing and renewal.
1 tsp honey (optional) – to sweeten the transition.
Instructions:
Boil water and pour over the herbs in a teapot or mug.
Let steep for 7-10 minutes, allowing the flavors and properties to infuse.
Strain and add honey if desired.
