Take yourself for a reflective walk-in nature and find a big stick.

Prepare your Cacao, light a candle and take some time to journal on these prompts:

What are you finally ready to let die?

Looking at the places in your life that aren’t where you would like them to be, where are you in resistance?

Write 3 things that come to mind – I never – I always – I can’t be – I need to

What would it feel like to let these stories go?

What is ready to die in me to make space for something new to grow?

What magic is brewing in the darkness?

What do I need to finally release for me to transform?

What do my shadows reveal?

How can I best nourish myself this season?

If last year was a chapter in a book what would it be called?

What seeds would you like to germinate over the winter?

Bring a word or intention to release and a word to call in.

I release??? I call in???

Decorate your stick with ribbons, ties, feathers that represent things you are ready to release, write messages to loved ones on the other side.

Light a fire, holding your stick, step forward as if across a threshold speak out what you are releasing, remember our words are spells, and cast your stick to the flames of transformation, connect to the other side, our ancestors, honour our lineage, reverence for our journey.

Witches’ new year is here. New Year’s Eve to 1st of Nov the start of a new cycle.

Let go and transform whatever is holding us back. E.g. money gremlins, not enough gremlins, I can't be seen gremlins, over giving gremlins! Cast them into the flames of Transformation!
