Create a Sacred space for yourself, a Cacao, your Journal and a pen.

Take a breath and lets have some reflection on balance. The Energies and upgrades are pretty crazy right now and holding onto our seats is a must!Being aware of when we are being pulled off our balance, when we need to slow down, or distance ourselves from those who pull us off center is so important.Take some time for you.

When you go off balance what shows up for you? Are there any particular triggers?

Consider one quality in yourself that supports your balance?

What are the quality of your thoughts?

Do they support your balance or do they cause chaos?Is your mind your best friend or your worst enemy?

What is a quick tool you have that can pull you back in?

Like the pendulum of a clock, life will always pull us in all directions, it’s important to remember the tools that bring us back.
