Self Care…Have you forgotten?

Hello beautiful, How are you?

This Month we are focusing on Self Love and Self Care. Where are you with caring for yourself? Do you need a reminder to Slow Down, take a breath and be kind to yourself?

Take a few moments out of your day to make yourself a Cacao Or Herbal tea, light a candle for yourself and Journal on these prompts;
