What do I really need right now? Where do I feel nourished? What does your mind and body need to feel healthy and strong? Close your eyes take a moment to listen to the quiet voice inside you. What does your heart want to tell you?

Where am I right now?

What is being revealed in the Moon light? What do I need to see?

What is my intention to use this energy wisely this week?

How can I mindfully drop into the flow of life?

Am I aware of any negative emotion surfacing at this time? (Go to Sacred processes to journal out)

Where am I taking life too seriously?

What pleasurable activities could I bring into my life? 

Do I feel you have enough pleasure in your life?

If not, what are some things you could do to invite in more pleasure and fun?

 Where do I use/ abuse my energy?
