Wild Woman week…

As we enter into the week of the Waning Moon its time to take the foot off the pedal and start winding in. Tying up loose ends and preparing for the New Moon Cocoon next week.

Time to book in a pamper day or a day off.

Waning Moon.

What is it? Right after the Full Moon, the moon begins to dim its light.

Waning Gibbous (Gratitude)

The moon starts becoming less illuminated again, waning toward the last quarter moon. You may be feeling and seeing the benefits of your work for the last two weeks.

It’s generally a time for gratitude and sharing.

Last Quarter (Releasing)

The last quarter moon is the reverse process of the first quarter, returning to another new moon. After a full moon, the moon wanes into another gibbous moon, and then into the last quarter.

The focus here is on releasing and letting go. Anything that no longer serves you can be released and let go. Sometimes this goes hand in hand with forgiveness. Any hurt, anger, disappointments you’ve encountered during the weeks?

Let them all go, forgive and release.

Do a big clean out if you like. Clean out your workspace or home, your wardrobe, your emails. Look at anything that’s no longer serving you and get rid of it so that you’re ready for a new moon and new intentions.

Waning Crescent (Surrendering)

We’re almost back to a new moon, you’ll see most of it already and only a sliver is still dark.

You may feel empty during this time as you’ve gone through almost a full moon cycle. It’s time to surrender, get some rest and recuperate before the next cycle.

Be gentle on yourself and don’t plan too much into your work schedule.

Take yourself on walks and leave plenty of space to recuperate.

How do I harness its energy?

How far have we come in the intentions we set during the New Moon? The Waning Moon is a time to take stock—including revisiting those intentions and taking stock. Expressing gratitude is essential now. Try writing a letter to the universe and owning your power.

We’re coming to the realization that we must let go, and let die, in order to evolve.

Give our mind a final cleanse through regular meditation.

If you’re looking for justice, this is the time when karma will come full circle.

Cord cutting on bad habits and relationships can have effective results if done during this lunar phase.

Therefore, it’s a time when we need to be still and at peace.

Instead of pushing ourselves to the limit, we should rest, focus, and reflect.

Find peace before starting the new journey that’s coming our way in a few days.

Now that we’ve completed the whole lunar cycle, we can look back at the highs and lows of the past weeks to understand the lessons that the moon has brought to our attention.

At the end of the moon cycle, take a crystal bath with flowers, petals, herbs and Epsom salt.

Get ready because we’re about to start the lunar journey all over again.

With love.
