2022 is all about creating and manifesting.
What dreams do have?
What visions do you have for yourself in 2022?
We can quite easily coast through another Year, people pleasing, tired, depleted, burnt out, unfulfilled, off center and way off track.

Just take a moment to place your hand on your heart and breathe, take a nourishing breath just for you.
Just imagine your perfect day, how does it look and feel?
Do you have a song in your heart that is just bursting to spring forth?
Trust that!
In my life, I like to be reminded to live my life in the light of death, this may feel a little harsh but we live in an illusion that we have loads of time to do the things we dream of.
Well I'm here to tell you that our life is really short.
Do not let time or your health run out and get to the end of your life with regret for the things you wished you had made time for, if only you weren't so busy burning out pleasing others.

At 7.45am each morning we gather, we drink Cacao together, light candles for ourselves, journal together, read oracle cards together, and tune into the Seasons, the Cycles, the Moon phases.
